Delivery Enquiries

For local orders below $200 (excluding GST), we charge a basic delivery fee of $50. 

For overseas orders, freight and delivery charges will be quoted separately. 

However, you may also arrange for your preferred service provider to pick-up the goods from us at no extra charge. 

(All currencies are in Singapore Dollars)

If you have opted for in-house delivery and the items are available, it can take about 5 to 7 days for your items to be delivered during non-festive seasons. 

In cases where you arrange pick-up, we can get the goods ready within 2 days for your preferred service provider to collect.

Of course! You can drop by at any time between 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Update 2020: Please do call in advance before dropping by so we can ensure that all the safety distancing measures are in place in lieu of Covid-19. 

Unfortunately, no. We're not a retail store so we don't accept credit and debit cards on our premises. 

We do take PayNow and cash! 

Returns/Refunds Enquiries

We do not do returns and refunds in the case of wrongly purchased goods.

Instead, we offer exchange services within 7 days of delivery if the products purchased aren't what you expected. Please refer to Exchange Policies under header below.

In the event you find that your items are damaged or broken, please drop us a call and our team will make the necessary arrangements for an exchange or refund.
